Too many walls, not enough bridges

One of the devastating realisations the war brought is the unbelievable, as for the current era of information, isolation of common russians from the truth and the too long-lasting inertia towards systemic changes. To prevent future disasters bridges must be built, knowledge shared and distributed there where the walls have been built. They need to be broken down again and again.
